What we collect

Your account: name, email address and a hashed 4-digit PIN (we never see or store the PIN itself).
Your household's ledger: the expenses, bills, tasks, categories and children's names you enter, plus which member logged each entry.
Receipt photos, only if you attach them.

What we don't collect

Your voice. Speech is turned into text on your phone. Audio is never uploaded and is deleted from your phone after 30 days (you can switch keeping it off).
No OpenAI or other AI service receives anything you say or type.
No advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.

Why we store your ledger

So it is backed up if you lose your phone, and so members of the same household can share one ledger across their phones.
Each household can only read and write its own records.

Where it is stored

On your phone, and on servers operated by Popworld Centre / MIQ Innovations. Connections to our servers are encrypted (HTTPS).

Your choices

Edit or delete any entry at any time.
Export your data (CSV / PDF) from Settings.
Delete your account from Settings → Delete account. If you are the last member of your household, the household and all its records are deleted from our servers.
